Every module consists of four block types: info (reading), self-check, task and coach dialogue. You work through them in sequence — or the coach picks you up in a specific block when you get stuck.

A state-of-the-art AI model, designed for structured conversations, powers the coach behind the scenes. Processing takes place inside the EU — your conversations do not leave the EU. System prompts and methodology come from the curated guide, not general web training material.
In program mode
The coach is embedded in every module block. It knows the block content, your progress and the open tasks.
In free mode
For everything that doesn't fit into the module structure. Open questions, intermediate reflection, decision support.
With memory — if you want
Progress, priorities and target role persist between sessions. Memory can be turned off and deleted in the settings at any time.
